A Few Maker Education Links and Resources:

The Maker Movement has changed the way the world sees craft.  Millions strong but centering on the simple idea that “We are all makers”, it began with an alchemical combination of the technology boom in Silicon Valley, a rejection of consumerism, fast communication and sharing of ideas, and new ways to rapidly prototype ideas in reality.  The makerspace is a hub for a community to come together to share and build – the open way of working is far more important than the physical location.  Maker projects, like my own, often include aspects of technology, craft, education, sharing, discovery, and play.
